Hibernating Animals

This week we learned all about different kinds of hibernating animals. In our Science journals we wrote about different kinds of homes for these hibernating animals. Some animals hibernate in a burrow. Such as a snake or a skunk. Others hibernate in a den. Such as a bear. Bear begins with the letter B. Our letter of the week. As the week progressed we created and discussed all of these different animals and their homes for the winter. At the end of the week we went on a bear hunt! We make different kinds of bears masks, and lastly we ate Teddy Grahams! But before we could eat them we made the shape of the letter B and counted how many we each had. We had a great week and the Teddy Grahams were a yummy ending to our week.
